Frequently asked questions

The PNG is blank or white. Why?

The file was saved with “Maximize PSD and PSB File Compatibility” turned off, so it holds layers but no flattened picture. In Photoshop, turn that option on (Settings › File Handling) and save again, or use File › Export › Export As › PNG.

Can I get the layers separately?

No, you get the whole picture as it looks in Photoshop. Layer effects and blending are already included in it.

Are CMYK files supported?

Yes, but they are converted to screen colours without a colour profile, so colours may look slightly different from Photoshop.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. ConvertRight runs entirely in your browser. Your file is processed on your own phone or computer and is never sent to a server.
