About ConvertRight
Convert it right. Get it accepted.
Every year lakhs of applications for exams, jobs and ID documents in India get stuck at the upload step: the photo is 52 KB instead of 50, the signature is the wrong shape, or an iPhone saved the picture as HEIC. ConvertRight fixes that in one step, on your phone, without sending your photo or ID anywhere.
What you can do here
- Exam & form presets (15 so far): pick SSC, UPSC, IBPS, NEET, Passport and more, and get every file sized to the official spec, with a pass/fail check.
- All tools (35): resize, compress to KB, crop, convert JPG/PNG/WebP/HEIC, and PDF tools like merge, split and compress.
How we verify specs
We read the official notification, information bulletin or portal instructions for each preset and record the source link and the date we checked it. Each preset page shows a “Last verified” date and links to every source we used. When a process changes, for example SSC, UPSC, JEE Main and RRB now capture a live photo through the webcam, we say so on the page instead of offering an upload that would be rejected.
Specs change between cycles. If you spot a difference, please tell us and we will update the preset.
Privacy by design
All conversions run inside your browser using the Canvas API, pdf-lib and pdf.js, and for video and audio Mediabunny with the LAME (MP3) and libFLAC encoders. There is no upload server. Read the privacy policy for details, including how ads work.
Free, no login, no watermark
ConvertRight is free to use. There is no sign-up, no premium tier and no watermark. The site is supported by a small number of clearly marked ads that never sit inside the upload or download controls.
ConvertRight is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any government body, exam conducting agency or bank.
