AI to PDF
Illustrator files saved the usual way have a PDF inside them. We take it out, drop Illustrator’s editing data (often making the file much smaller) and give you a normal PDF.

Why does it say my file can’t be opened?
It works with .ai files from Illustrator 9 or later saved with “Create PDF Compatible File” (on by default). Very old .ai files and files saved without that option have no PDF inside. In Illustrator, use File › Save a Copy › Adobe PDF.
Can I edit the PDF in Illustrator again?
You can open it, but Illustrator’s own editing data is removed, so keep your original .ai file for editing.
I need an image, not a PDF.
Convert it to PDF here, then use PDF to PNG or PDF to JPG.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
